Adult Core Stability classes

You do not have to be a dancer, co-ordinated or super fit to take class we focus on sculpting the whole body to gain definition in the abdominals, arms and legs.

It is a fast-paced, hour long full body workout that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises, using lots of equipment to make it a really fun workout!

Expect to leave class a few inches taller……

  • Mondays – 7.30 PM – 8.30PM @ Bartley School

  • Tuesdays – 9 AM – 10 AM @ Bartley Village Hall (Core Direct – Max 10 people per session)

  • Thursday – 7.30 PM – 8.30PM @ Bartley School

Thought you might like to know that I managed to fit into a pair of ultra skinny jeans today that I have not worn since way way way before I had the kids. I’ve been meaning to throw them away for years, as never thought I’d get back into them, but had no clean ones today so gritted my teeth and hoped they’d do…and voila! So it is most definitely making a huge difference to me – in both strength and body image.

We have both really enjoyed these classes.  I have personally found it really hard to keep motivated during exercise classes that I have done in the past, however I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoy your class and really look forward to it every week because you manage to put so much variety into it and there is always something different so I just wanted to say thank you for that.  I think I can speak for both Helen and myself when I say that we both feel like we have benefited from it, my husband even says that he doesn’t have to tell me to stand up straight so much any more 🙂
