"We have both really enjoyed these classes.  I have personally found it really hard to keep motivated during exercise classes that I have done in the past, however I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoy your class and really look forward to it every week because you manage to put so much variety into it and there is always something different so I just wanted to say thank you for that.  I think I can speak for both Helen and myself when I say that we both feel like we have benefited from it, my husband even says that he doesn’t have to tell me to stand up straight so much any more."
